The DataON Storage CiB-9470 CiB is the hardware platform designed from the ground-up with HA-clustering for Software-defined Storage in mind. Software technoloigies such as Windows Server 2012 w/Storage Spaces, ZFS-based file systems like NexentaStor, distributed file systems like Hadoop, or scale-out file systems like Sanbolic and Gluster now have a clustered failover platform to develop and architect complete high availability (HA) and massively scalable Big Data and private Cloud deployments.

The DataON CiB-9470 delivers an extreme high-capacity shared storage solution that fuses the density of a 70-bay JBOD with the performance and uptime security of a dual server node failover cluster into a single 4U enclosure.

The CiB-9470 provides the hardware reliability to leverage the clustering and resiliency nature of these Storage-enabled Softwares to scale your environment more intelligently, efficiently, and cost effectively than ever before.

For example, a CiB-9470 Cluster-in-a-Box fully populated with 280TB and amply configured server nodes with Windows Server 2012 will fetch a street price of roughly $59,950, that’s about $0.21/GB of HA clustered storage. Since the CiB-9470 is a scalable solution the CiB can be backed with additional JBOD boxes to provide up to 3PB (petabytes) of capacity in a standard rackmount cabinet.

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
